Driver CPC Training is the driver's responsibility, not the operator's.

The operator's responsibility is to provide their drivers with ongoing CPD training through their employment with the business.

It is now the operator's responsibility to provide ongoing CPD training to all employees; the DCPC is no longer sufficient.  DVSA sees the DCPC as the driver's obligation to keep their commercial license.  The operator must provide ongoing CPD training to all employees.
